Our Policies

In order to preserve the freshness of our pies, we no longer sell them by the slice. We sell large pies (about 8 slices) and small pies (about 2 slices). 

All order cancellation notifications must be received by A Pie Stop 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.  There will be a 50% Cancellation Fee automatically charged to your credit card. If the cancellation notification is received after the 24-hour deadline.  The customer will be charged 100% of the original order value.   

Due to the 3% fee that is charged by all credit and debit card companies, we offer a discount to customers who pay in cash. The prices advertised are the cash prices; a 3% service charge is added to the total for customers who pay by card. We do not accept American Express or Personal Checks.

Our gluten free pies are made with "gluten free" flour.  We do our very best to prevent cross contamination with gluten flour, that is used in making our regular pies.  However, please be aware that we are NOT a "Certified Gluten Free Bakery" and therefore our pies are NOT certified gluten free pies.  We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that our gluten free pies are fit for consumption by someone who has celiac disease and/or is otherwise allergic to gluten.  By purchasing one of our gluten free pies the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all liability in regards to any gluten allergic reaction, and to hold harmless: A Pie Stop; Koda Ent. Inc.; it's owners and employees.

As the holiday season is a busy time for us, we often receive a high volume of orders for our pies. In order to ensure that every customer has a fair chance of receiving their desired pie, we are unable to reserve pies outside of our designated dates. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with our delicious pies around the festive seasons.

Please note that we only serve our delicious pot pies for lunch  Monday to Friday at 11:30 am, and not earlier. To ensure that you get your desired order, we encourage all customers to place their orders a day in advance so that we know how many to bake for the day. However, if you find yourself in need of a last-minute order, feel free to give us a call in the morning and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Walk-in customers without an order are limited to a maximum of 4 savory pies.

Please be aware that at A Pie Stop we always utilize the industry standard and FDA Approved FIFO method of perishable food rotation.  In plain English, the first pies baked are always the first pies sold. There is no customer choice, unless the pies were baked at the same time.  No exceptions.

However, if you would like to purchase a fresh baked pie, still warm from the oven, you are required to place your order one day (24 hours) in advance, and we will bake a special pie just for you.
